Yes! All hair types are welcome at our spa!
We do not recommend or offer head spa treatments with hair extensions. But we recommend a head spa treatment between extension removal and reapplication! It's the perfect way to cleanse your scalp and reset before a new set of extensions are installed.
We recommend scheduling a head spa treatment before your next hair coloring appointment. While our products are designed to be color-safe, please note that the deep cleansing nature of the treatment may cause some color fading.
If you have hair extensions, braids, dreadlocks, or extreme matting, we advise removing/undoing these prior to your visit. We need to have proper and sufficient access to your scalp to be suitable for a head spa.
Of course, all our products are pregnancy-safe. We can also provide you with a knee bolster and a low back pillow for your comfort.
Absolutely! Our head spa treatments can be beneficial for various skin conditions, including psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema. However, please make sure there are no open lesions or flare-ups on your scalp prior to the treatment.
Yes, absolutely! We use a high-quality range of organic and professional products that are designed for the scalp!
We offer various sizes of knee bolsters (pillows) to enhance your comfort during the session. If lying flat for an extended period is challenging for you, we recommend scheduling the treatment based on your preferred duration for optimal comfort.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Holistica Headspa & Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. This charge will be applied to the card on file or gift card.
• No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service amount being charged to the card on file or gift card.
• Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

We are strictly by appointment only. All appointments have to be scheduled in advance using our online booking system.
To promote scalp health, we suggest booking a head spa session every 4-6 weeks. For targeted scalp conditions, more frequent visits may be beneficial. We are happy to provide personalized recommendations during your appointments.
You don't need to wash your hair beforehand; that's what we're here for! We recommend leaving your hair unwashed for 2-3 days prior to your appointment so we can assess your scalp accurately and select the most suitable products for your hair and scalp requirements.
Please wear whatever you would like. You will change into a robe before treatment.
No worries! We apply a leave in treatment and a light dry.
